At Ready Rigg, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and handle shipments.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rate calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Rate calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only)

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers—please provide a physical address whenever possible.

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase from our site. Adult signature may be required upon delivery for age verification.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert support@readyrigg.com].
We’ll do our best to investigate and assist with a replacement or refund if eligible.


7. Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
