At Ready Rigg, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to the nature of our products, used devices, opened packaging, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
